Theme & Product Usage
All our themes are licensed under the GPL general public license (see http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html). Our theme packages include access to support and updates for one year. Photocrati has the right to change the terms of this website and the licensing of any Photocrati theme or product at any time.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our themes or products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Photocrati. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Theme updates are available for one year to current customers who have made an individual theme purchase and have not requested a refund. Our Themes are always designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we can give no guarantee, that older templates will run with future versions of WP. We are however committed to doing our best to make all the themes compatible with future releases of WordPress.
It is our duty to always keep the themes up-to-date and working with the latest version of WordPress. Our themes are developed and fine-tuned for the latest versions of WordPress. Any version more than several months old may have problems with some theme functionality.
Our themes support the most recent versions of all current web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome (all on PC & Mac) & Internet Explorer. While we strive to give everyone a seamless & near-identical experience across each of these browsers, it is impossible to compensate for the lack of web standards support (relating to HTML & CSS) in certain browsers.
Our Refund Policy
We offer a 100% No Questions Asked Guarantee. We give you thirty days from your purchase date to try your theme. If you decide it’s not the right solution for you, you can email us or contact us through the member area and we’ll issue a full refund. Easy. No questions asked.

Any replicated site content must be authorized and clearly referenced back to the source. Content from the Photocrati web site shall not be used or exploited for any commercial and non-private purposes without the prior written consent of Photocrati.

Our themes are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress or when activated without any changes. Once you modify any of the theme files or include third party applications, then we cannot guarantee that the themes will work. It is our policy to support our themes as best we can, and we will provide support to modified themes or instances of third party applications at our discretion or as time allows.
The theme packages that are purchased on this site include one year support. All support inquiries and questions can be submitted via our member area. We do not provide phone support. This also enables us to keep our prices low for you the customer.
When addressing our customers any opinions or advice contained within our site content or forum, is subject to these Terms & Conditions. Reliance upon any information provided by Photocrati is solely at your own risk.

Price Changes & Theme Support Subscription
Photocrati reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all themes and products, including but not limited to theme support, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes or notices to the Photocrati website.
