Not long ago Flipboard released a magazine feature for anyone to take advantage of. You might have noticed magazines floating around here and there through social media, and be wondering what the point is.
In the video below I want to share a tip on how to use Flipboard magazines for your photography business.
As you can see, there is a way to make a Flipboard magazine link and screenshot (below).
You can then take the screenshot and send it to clients and include the link for them to subscribe.
- If you’re a wedding photographer, create a wedding specific magazine.
- Fashion photographers can create a fashion specific magazine.
- Business photographers can create a business specific magazine.
- Event photographers can create a magazine with local news.
The list can go on and on… so think about your target market and your customers. Think about what would interest them. Create a magazine with a decent amount of content and then send it out to see their responses.
